Welcome to Sew Haven — Your Creative Sanctuary.
As a small, independently owned fabric shop, we’re continually refining our online experience. Please review the policies below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup or has shipped.

During sales, events, or convention weekends, processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
Sew Haven is not responsible for carrier delays once packages leave our store.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of your ready-for-pickup email.

Orders not picked up within 14 days may:

  • Be returned to inventory

  • Be converted to store credit

  • Be subject to a restocking fee

If you need additional time, please contact us before your pickup window expires.

THE CONSPIRACY MEMBERSHIP

To use your Conspiracy discount online:

  • Membership must be purchased prior to checkout.

  • Discounts apply to your next transaction after purchase.

  • Our system currently cannot apply the membership discount in the same order it is purchased.

We appreciate your patience as we continue improving this feature.

FABRIC DETAILS & SAMPLES

At this time, we do not offer fabric swatches or sample cuts for purchase online.

All fabrics are sold by the yard and cut to order. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing.

CUT FABRIC POLICY

All cut fabric is final sale.
Please double-check yardage before completing your order.
